Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders the same day when placed before 8pm Monday–Friday, or before 3pm at weekends. Dispatch times may vary on Bank Holidays.

Express Delivery	£6.50	1-2 working days

Please note, offer applies automatically in checkout when the order value, after any discounts or promotions, equals £50 or more.

If you have not received your parcel within 14 days of receiving your dispatch email, please do get in touch so we can investigate the issue further for you. 

Rest of World Delivery (Excluding Australia)	£30	14-28 working days
Australia Delivery	£40	3-17 working days

European Delivery is currently unavailable. 

We use a variety of couriers for our international shipments and most will require a signature on delivery. Most services are fully trackable, so once we have supplied you with a tracking number please go to the relevant couriers website to track your order further.

Plum and Ashby cannot be held responsible for local customs and duty charges on any items purchased through our website. If you are ordering outside the UK, you are responsible for paying the customs and duty that may be added on delivery of your parcel. If you are unsure of these charges please check before placing your order.
