Are your products tested on animals?
No. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals. We also make sure we source as much as we can from the UK.
Are your candles made with natural wax?
Yes! Our candles are made with the finest 100% natural soy wax that burns cleanly and efficiently. We also use cotton wicks and all our candles are vegan.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
We use ingredients that are carefully selected for their high levels of purity and consumer safety. However Plum & Ashby products have not been tested on pregnant women to prove their safety. Therefore, if you have any concerns or are under consultant led care, we recommend that you consult your midwife or doctor for advice before using the products.
Are your scented candles and bath and body collections made in England?
Absolutely! All these collections are made and sourced in the UK. We pride ourselves on supporting local production as much as possible.
Do you sell wash or lotion refills for the glass bottles?
Yes! At the moment you can find a selection of our best selling scents in 1 litre refills here. We are hoping to add more scents to the collection later in the year.
GENERAL INFORMATION
How quickly will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders the same day when placed before 8pm Monday–Friday, or before 3pm at weekends. Dispatch times may vary on Bank Holidays. For standard UK delivery please allow 2-3 working days for your order to arrive. We also offer an express delivery option, with delivery expected in 1-2 working days. Where is my order?
If you have placed an order and it has still not arrived, then please get in touch with us at online@plumandashby.co.uk and we will look into this for you.
Do you have a shop where I can try the products before I buy them?
We don't have a shop, we are only online! However, we have over 400 stockists within the UK so if you'd like to try more of a selection, we might be able to let you know your local stockist.
Are there any stockists in my area?
I'm sure there will be! Drop us an email on online@plumandashby.co.uk and we will be able to find the closest stockist to you.
What postal services do you use?
We use a range of couriers and delivery services for our shipments. If you have been supplied with a tracking number, please visit the relevant couriers website to track your order.
I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once placed.
I've signed up for your email newsletter but the welcome email hasn't come through and I would like the discount code?
If you are having any trouble with receiving our emails, please get in touch with us and we can look into this for you as quickly as possible.
