I asked for the present to be delivered on 13th September after 7pm as I knew there would be someone in. I made this quite clear. Instead it was delivered during the day of 12th September and left in a ‘ Safe Place’ which I had definitely not requested. Very disappointed with carrier who I hope you will convey to them. Product lovely as usual

Love the shower gel but disappointed with this lotion as it seems to have a slightly rancid smell. Can’t believe you meant it to smell like this. Sorry for bad review

Has a wonderful scent and smooth application, my skin loves it and soaks it up
