Set of 3 Room by Room Votives

I bought the votive pack to test the smells, hoping to buy a big candle later.

Varying degrees of success, if I’m honest. The kitchen one has ridiculous throw, so much so, I’ve put it in a cupboard between uses. Definitely covers up strong cooking smells anyway, but not my favourite smell. The tomato note is good but the bay note is a bit dusty(?) for me. Smell is so subjective though! It might be my nose….

The bedroom one is fine - I had expected it to be heavier on the lavender but the amber comes through more for me.

The sitting room one is my favourite of the three although sadly has the least throw. It’s lovely sniffing it but I can’t smell it once it’s burning.

The biggest success was actually the cloakroom tealight sample that was sent with my order! It packs a punch in a lovely way. So welcoming and autumnal/wintery. I might buy a candle of that one so it was a clever of them to offer the sample.

Overall, a little disappointed as they’re not cheap, even in votive form. Had hoped it’d be a 3/3 kind of success!
